15 bands over 2 stages in one day, no mean feat to pull that off without any glitches.
The venue is the Facebar in Reading, has 2 rooms both with bars & stage.
Got held up on the way down & unfortunately missed the 1st two bands but by all accounts they started off the day in fine form.
We had Sons of Liberty, Backbone Blues Band, Stone Thieves, The Outlaw Orchestra, Building Giants, The Nile Deltas, Everyday Heroes, Troy Redfern Band, Siobhan Mazzei, Matty James Cassidy Band, The Brandy Thieves, Jack J Hutchinson, Dead Mans Whiskey, Gorilla Riot & Bad Touch......Phew!
And what an excellent line up it was, we went from bluesy southern rock to gutsy new rock, to good old rock n roll to gypsy rhythm punk & ska infused storytelling.
It was a credit indeed to all that were involved in this event from promoting it to the day itself. Great crowd ( sold out), fantastic food, awesome vibe & the best music, what more could you ask for! Well done Alec & Steph @ Crazy Cowboy.
Looking forward to the next one Crazy Cowboy 4 in September.
